Arnica Muscle & Hands Comfort Balm

Arnica is the heart of this balm.

Arnica, a golden mountain flower, has been trusted in herbal tradition for generations for overworked muscles, tired joints, and hands that have been working hard all day. We make this balm with real arnica oil, added gently on low heat to protect what makes it special, and we use a generous amount in every batch — it's not just a name on the label, it's the main event.

Around the arnica, we built a solid, soothing bar: beeswax and rich shea butter to hold it all together and soften your skin, sweet almond oil to help it massage in smooth, and a cooling-warming blend of peppermint, eucalyptus, rosemary, lavender, and ginger essential oils. Rub it over sore-feeling knuckles, wrists, hands, shoulders, neck, or tired muscles, and massage it in well — that's when the arnica and the warmth of your hands really go to work.

It comes in a 1.5 oz tin, a good size for your work table, purse, gym bag, or project bag, because the best balm is the one you have with you when you need it.

How to use: Warm the bar in your hands or rub it right from the tin over clean, dry skin. Massage in well. Reapply as needed.
